By providing your mobile number to Emerald Tide Financial, you agree to receive text messages from us related to your inquiry, scheduled consultations, and service updates. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 1–2 messages per week depending on your interactions with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages sent and received. Emerald Tide Financial does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-out

You may opt out of the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message received. Emerald Tide Financial will promptly stop sending messages upon receipt of the opt-out request. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside our control.
